MBSR On-Line Course (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)

The MBSR course is a psycho-educational program recognized by the NIH (US Institute of Health) as a complementary intervention in mind-body medicine. By cultivating and training mindfulness for 8 weeks, participants learn to connect with their inner resources and to more effectively handle complex situations that previously caused them discomfort or discomfort.
